Well, Nell started daycare and I was told that the lovely woman who looks after the babies was into arts and crafts. I thought "not with babies of Nell's age!", but I was (happily!) mistaken.
At daycare, Nell made a Valentine's Card for her parents. As Daddy said "it's the first time I've looked forward to a Valentine's card!" (as we are "bah humbug" about the whole concept). And she definitely ate the paint - there was photographic proof!
Finger painting from day care. Gorgeous colours! And she was quite covered in paint when we got her home! I'm sure she ate some of it. Or at least absorbed it through her ears.
